Description:

Candidate will complete general clerical and administrative duties for a federal government customer on-site. Key responsibilities include creating correspondence, maintaining calendars and timesheets, coordinating travel plans and processing reimbursements, answering phone calls, managing office property inventories, recording meeting minutes, and communicating with all levels of client personnel to support the program mission.

Required Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft office (eg Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint) and Adobe programs. Generally computer literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in various DHS/MGMT/FPS programs and applications (after training). Capable of operating routine office equipment: scanners, copy machines, fax machines, other misc office equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $22.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
